Has the Android 4.4.2 update for Galaxy Note 2 KitKat, but it Has not reached all users yet, unfortunately.

We do not have any precise date, but we expect everyone to receive the Android 4.4.2 update by KitKat the end of May Hopefully Samsung will manage to deliver it to all users by the end of May, but this depends on so carriers, Which are Usually the ones did delay updates.Unfortunately for users, this might also be the latest major update for the Galaxy Note 2, so you will not get the Android 4.5 or 5.0 most likely.
