OmniROM: Android 4.4 for Samsung Galaxy S (2), Galaxy Note and other old ... - N-Droid

Whenever a new version of Android is pending, drop some smartphones and tablets from the list of devices that are updated. With the OmniROM one brings Android 4.4 KitKat among others on old but popular Samsung Galaxy S II and Galaxy Note.

OmniROM is still a rather new CustomROM, which was based on Android 4.4 KitKat and equipped with some of its own features. Among other things, there’s multi-window modes, optical adjustments and more extensive audio settings. And what is particularly interesting: the developers explicitly support older Samsung devices, which are well received by officials no update to Android 4.4
